Santa will send an invite to the customer’s email on the day of the scheduled Zoom meeting. During the meet up, your child will get to see Santa in his red suit and white beard, just as they’d expect. Santa Jay will speak about everything you asked him to on the booking form.

The 10 - 15 minute zoom meet up is a better option than the mall visit for a lot of families. You don't have to drive and wait in lines to see Santa. Santa will talk about school, pets, friends, achievements and other things only the real Santa could know. Santa will stay away from any topics that may be triggering for the child. If for any reason that you must cancel or change the date of your meet up you can do this through email to Santa Jay even up to an hour before the scheduled time of the meet up. If you have technical issues, send an email and we will reschedule to another date and time.

Santa Jay will give your child 10-15 minutes of focused time.
